On July 14, 2023, Wuhan Power Battery Recycling Technology Co., Ltd. (Wuhan Power Battery Recycling) reached a strategic cooperation agreement with Sany Robotics Technology Co., Ltd. (Sany Robotics). Dr. Zhang Yuping, Vice President of GEM, and Chairman and President of Wuhan Power Battery Recycling; and Guo Chengzhi, Vice President of Sany Group and Chairman of Sany Robotics, signed the agreement on behalf of respective sides. Driven by technological innovation, the two sides will draw on each other's strengths and carry out longstanding cooperation in AGV, AMR and other fields of intelligent industrial equipment, so as to create a green and low-carbon life of recycling.

Following the signing ceremony, the two sides had a meeting.
