To comprehensively elevate the company’s quality management standards and drive high-quality development, the GEM Group held a grand launch ceremony for its Excellence Quality Management Construction Project at Jingmen Industrial Park on February 25, 2025. Attendees included Dr. Zhang Kun, Deputy General Manager of GEM and Dean of the Central Research Institute; Assistant General Managers Dong Yuebin, Lü Zhi, Ma Lin, and Liu Tao; the expert team from Xiamen Tungsten Minghe Consulting; and leaders from relevant departments at Jingmen Industrial Park, who collectively witnessed this pivotal moment.

At the meeting, Ma Lin, Assistant General Manager and Group Quality Director, emphasized the critical role of quality management in sustainable corporate development. She stated: “Building excellence in quality management is not only a key component of the company’s strategic goals but also a critical initiative to enhance core competitiveness and achieve high-quality growth. We must seize this project as an opportunity to elevate quality management across the board, laying a solid foundation for the company’s enduring success.” Wu Yongfa, project manager from Xiamen Tungsten Minghe Consulting, then detailed the GEM Group Excellence Quality Management Construction Project Plan. The event also featured a flag presentation ceremony and an oath-taking pledge. Finally, Deputy General Manager Zhang Kun officially launched the project.
